• Your purchase is guaranteed for one full year from date of purchase.  If within one year you want your money back, just click on the "Contact Us" link on the main menu and submit a refund request.   Your refund will be made to you within 15 days by check, money order or e-funds.  We want no unhappy customers!  

• At times, the website may be unavailable through no fault of our own.  Our web service provider may experience difficulty beyond our control.  There has been a disturbing practice of people attacking websites using what is called a "denial of service attack."  This causes servers to overload and shut down.  If you experience any problems, just submit a "Contact Us" form and we will endeavor to correct the issue. 

• Regarding Privacy:  We have the tightest privacy policy on the Internet.  We will never sell or share your email address with anyone.  We will only email you to provide product access, answer any questions you may submit or make rare inquiries about your progress or satisfaction with the product.  Your email and other personal information is secure.  All online financial transactions are processed on Paypal's secure (SSL) servers.
